Eligibility Participants must be in good health and physically fit to take part in the marathon. Any participant below 18 years must provide written consent from a parent or guardian. 2. Registration Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable. Participants must complete the registration process in full to be eligible. 3. Health & Safety Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and fitness. Medical support will be available; however, the organizers are not liable for any illness, injury, or accident before, during, or after the event. The organizers reserve the right to stop any participant deemed unfit to continue. 4. Event Conduct Participants must follow the designated route and instructions of the event officials, volunteers, and security personnel. Any form of misconduct, unsportsmanlike behaviour, or violation of event rules may result in disqualification. 5. Liability & Insurance The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. Participants are encouraged to arrange their own personal accident insurance. 6. Use of Images & Media By participating, participants consent to the use of their name, photographs, and video footage by the organizers for promotional and communication purposes without compensation. 7. Event Changes & Cancellation The organizers reserve the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or other emergencies. In case of cancellation, registration fees are non-refundable. 8. Acknowledgment By joining the marathon, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
